Pumpkin Beer Bread Ingredients:
– 3 Cups of Flour
– 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
– 1 Tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
– 1 Teaspoon of Salt
– 3 Tablespoons of Honey
– 1 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
– 1 Bottle of Pumpkin Beer
Directions for Pumpkin Beer Bread Recipe:
– Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, and generously coat a 9×5 baking pan with cooking spray.
– Mix together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, honey and pumpkin puree together until thoroughly combined. Slowly add in the pumpkin beer and mix until the dough is smooth.
– Add the Pumpkin Beer Bread Dough into the baking pan, and bake for 60 minutes. Take out and let cool/set before cutting into it and serving.
