You guys. I am so in love with how these Bloody Mary Carrot Cocktails look. It just makes me laugh to see a gathering of people sipping on what looks like a bunch of carrots! And what is even better? These Carrot Cocktails are super easy to make from scratch, or using a pre-made mix. No judgment here. But don’t leave out the secret ingredient. Carrot juice adds something really special to a classic bloody mary. A friend who tried these aptly said they add a ‘lightness’ to the sometimes more intense Bloody Mary tastes. And also a hidden sweetness! I totally agree.
