When was the last time you checked your headlights? No ladies… I don’t mean your car’s headlights. I mean yours!

It’s October – breast cancer awareness month. And now that 1 in every 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their lives, it’s more important than ever that we all do a monthly breast exam on OURSELVES! As soon as I was a teenager my mom stuck a shower hang on our shower head, that showed the steps to doing a monthly self exam standing in the shower (which is slightly different than laying down).
