I recently did a little experiment, that I thought it would be kind of fun. And it was fun – but also really gross!!
Bounty DuraTowel challenged me to use a dishcloth to clean up my kitchen for 3 days, and then to send it to the P&G Lab lab to see what was really on my dish towel!
The Lab wrote me back after a few weeks, to let me know what was really on my Dish Cloth…
The results really turned my stomach!
- An unused & clean dishcloth would be 300 RLUs. That is considered the standard number of clean. However, my Dish Cloth came back at 7,000- RLUs!
- That makes my Dish Cloth dirtier than the average Faucet, TV Remote or wait for it… Hotel Comforter!
I was wiping my counters with something dirtier than a Hotel Comforter! ACKKKK!!!
Does it surprise you to know that directly after receiving these results we stopped using a Dish Cloth for clean up? Nope- didn’t think so!
Bounty DuraTowels have a unique structure that provides outstanding performance when its wet! So I can use one, and it lasts through the job. And then I can throw it away!
Bounty DuraTowels + Mess = Sparkling Clean Counters for me!
Bounty exposed my dirty dishcloth and showed me the cleaner way to clean with Bounty DuraTowel, the only cloth-like, durable paper towel that is clinically proven to leave surfaces three times cleaner than a germy dishcloth.* Find out more here!
