Don’t want to cook this weekend? If you’re in the DFW area why not check out the Texas Food Truck Festival taking place at The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington!
I was there when it opened tonight, and I can tell you there is something for every foodie’s taste buds!
Greek, Italian, Cuban, Vietnamese, NY Deli, cupcakes, snow cones – it’s all being represented by fun food trucks!
-There are multiple bounce house and free face painting for kids (they do accept tips though!)
All the food looked great – but some we sampled, and enjoyed were:
-AMAZING snow cones from The Jolly Trolley, we got the wedding cake flavor and it was SO good!
-The chicken pita and greek fries from The Little Greek Food Truck – deelish!
-Baked macaroni and cheese and grapefruit soda from Sweetie V’s -my preschooler says best mac & cheese ever!
-And finally for dessert, cupcakes from the Cup Cakin truck. My hubby and preschooler were fans of the Chocolate Salted Caramel, and I loved the Raspberry Lemon cupcakes!

There’s not alot of food truck business here thats why i really like watching it on tv. The greek food looks yummy. I never tried greek or vietnamese food before
