Fave Thing #1 – Watching “A Capitol Fourth” on PBS!
Listening to a world class orchestra. Seeing our capitol full of patriotic people truly moved by what this country stands for. It makes me cry EVERY year! One year Sesame Street tribute to America and my husband walked in the room to me sobbing! lol. It just gets to me. In a GOOD way:) I always miss the end though- becuase for the last hour we switch to Macy’s live Fireworks. Brings back memories of watching them on a bridge in NYC with my Aunt Mary:)
