What is Screams?
If you live in the DFW area, and are looking for some Halloween fun – you may want to check out Screams®this Halloween, as they are wrapping up their season in a big way!
If you read here often, then you know about how our family enjoys the North Texas Scarborough Renaissance Faire each summer. But have you ever wondered what happens to that land after the faire shuts down?
Well in the case of Scarborough – it turns into holiday haunt -Screams® !
What Can you Do There:
You can make it a whole night of Halloween thrills and chills at Screams!® Enjoy three haunted houses, the Ghoulish Graveyard and the new CarnEvil Clown Maze! Plus, Scary-Oke will be in full swing, entertainment will be provided throughout the night by Complete DJ, the shops will have end-of-season specials, and there will be great food at the Eerie Edibles Food Court and the Full Moon full service restaurant!
What to know before you Go:
Halloween revelers need to remember when they head to Screams® – that no costumes or masks are allowed inside of Screams® Halloween Theme Park. The costumes and masks are restricted to performers only. Also, this is a spooky Halloween atmosphere, and you will want to be mindful of who in your family enjoys being scared – and who really doesn’t.

Located just 30 minutes south of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex off of I-35E at exit 399A at the Scarborough Faire® site in Waxahachie, TX. From Waco, follow I-35E north to Exit 399. Parking is free.
Admission is $27 at the gate. Advance discount tickets are available on-line at www.ScreamsPark.com.
