OK, so I told you all in a previous post that I’m totally stoked to be one of Chevy’s Mom’s Time Out Bloggers! And this week I got to go pick up my new sleek black 2010 Chevy Malibu!
I’ll be test driving it for a month- and I’ll be reporting back to you all about my experiences. Ya know – how it worked for me as a mom, what features I found most helpful, what I found surprising about it!
When I arrived at the Mom’s Time Out meeting- I was handed the keys to this dark beauty…
I was WAY intimidated to drive a piece of machinery this beautiful. But the sales consultant, Debby Hambelton from Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet walked me through all the features, and got my nerves to turn into pure excitement about getting to take this baby on the road! The inside is just stunning, and I’ll be showing you more of that in some videos to come. The first thing I noticed was that AWESOME NEW CAR SMELL! The leather seats were so soft, and the scent of leather just filled the air in the nicest way. And ya know what else? The smell of cookies!
The sweet folks at Bruce Lowry surprised me with a Cookie bouquet sitting in the backseat of the Chevy Malibu!
The cookie bouquet was a great idea because when we got home the pumpkin got the rare treat of a chocolate chip cookie- and that gave mommy time to read about some of the features on the 2010 Chevy Malibu!

@Erin, Thanks Erin! I really love it! I feel somehow a little more dangerous on the way to playdates- I think the black car makes me think I have some added mystique now;)

That is such a cool car. I don’t think that I’d be able to give it up after a month. What I love is the new 2010 Chevy Camaro! But I guess they don’t make that one in a four door for MOM?
