I try to get as many things ready the night before so we aren’t doing that last minute panic rush in the morning.
I also get up 20 minutes before everyone for my cup of morning coffee so I am really awake when everyone is trying to get ready.

In the morning the kids get milk and a show and I get coffee and sit down to the computer for a few minutes. Then we start our day. That is the most relaxing way that we go about it.

For morning, I make a cup of tea which steeps while I make lunches. I sit down with the paper and children for breakfast. Sounds relaxing, yes? Alas, the dishwasher awaits and invariably we are rushing out the door no matter how well I think I have planned.
