The Hilton Anatole is a magically beautiful place to visit anytime. But it really shines during the holiday season. We partnered with the Hilton Anatole, and stayed at the hotel this weekend to enjoy Christmas at the Anatole!
Here are some of the highlights from our family’s trip to the Hilton Anatole Christmas…
Enjoying a festive evening in Peppermint Park!
There is SO much to do this year at Peppermint Park. We barely got to it all! We decorated cookies, went to “Elf School,” Saw the Talking Tree Show. Rode the train, played mini golf, got photos with Santa, had way too many cups of hot cocoa!
Pheww! Did I mention the one on one time with Santa Clause? And the Christmas candle making and slime workshop? There is something for every age!
The Peppermint Park Details:
Dates and operating hours: November 29, 30 and December 6, 7, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22 from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Peppermint Park is open to all hotel guests and offers holiday activities, contests and games. Guests of all ages can enjoy Christmas tree lighting, sweet treats, selfie station, North Pole miniature golf, holiday train ride, cookie decorating, teddy bear factory, face painting, s’mores, Marionette show, mini escape room and more.
Note: Admission into Peppermint Park does not include activity coupons. Activity coupons must be purchased on-site. Pricing for games and activities vary.
*Peppermint Park Tip* Be sure to check out the kids Escape room! Parents can watch – but can’t help with clues! Kids will investigate a magical toy workshop looking for clues. Will they manage to get off Santa’s Naughty List in time? No one knows! This pint size mystery game is a real hoot, and the kids love it! It’s not to be missed!
And, be sure to take some family time sitting around the cozy warm fire pit! Our family loved people watching and taking a moment to snack on s’mores!
Holiday Movie Night!
Want to slow down and relax after Peppermint Park? Holiday movies are shown in the evening, and the featured holiday flick at the Hilton Anatole changes all the time! The floor of the ballroom where the movie is shown, is covered in kids on lounging pillows – and fresh popcorn and snacks abound! It’s a great way to end the evening.
And don’t forget to wear your pajamas and be comfy!
Breakfast with Santa Clause!
I’m a big fan of Santa Clause, and the only thing that could compare to having breakfast with Santa – is maybe the million choices of what to nosh on. Omelette station anyone? Made to order with whatever ingredients you prefer. So many cereals, yogurts, fruit, baked goods…. it’s overwhelming. And so yummy!
Santa goes to each table to say hello and take photos. Then it’s story time. It’s a wonderful morning of holiday cheer.
Our whole family left with a big smile plastered on our face!

*Breakfast with Santa Tip* My husband tells me this is not a secret recipe, because other people already know about it. But I haven’t seen anyone else doing this, so let me tell you how to make your coffee at breakfast the best ever! Fill your coffee 3/4 of the way up, and then fill the last part up with hot cocoa. LOL.
Both are available at Breakfast with Santa at the Anatole. Your coffee will now taste like a holiday mocha coffee special! You’re welcome.
The Puppet Show at Geppetto’s Workshop!
Geppetto’s Theater is certainly kid approved in our house! The fun antics between the marionettes are perfect for the whole family!
These “puppets” aren’t run of the mill. They are incredible and artfully portrayed by theater artists that bring this forgotten art form to life! It may be the perfect way to cap off your holiday weekend at the Anatole!
Saying Goodbye to the Hilton Anatole…
Saying goodbye to such a magical place can be hard. But when we think back at the great memories we had there, it’s hard not to smile. And when I look at my camera roll and see all the hugs and belly laughs captured – I know our family will always remember our time at the Hilton Anatole.
Taking time to just be a family, is never a mistake. And the thing I love most about a Hilton Anatole Christmas, is that is serves as the perfect back drop for a family to do just that! Have time together.
